Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Including permanent marriage Having at least 2 to 7 years of cohabitation history Being of reproductive age, Having at least a cycle of education Not being a divorce applicant, Not being infertile and not having marital satisfaction based on the marital satisfaction questionnaire with a cut-off score between 41 and 60 and less than 41 who have moderate and low marital satisfaction are included in the study Not suffering from physical or mental illnesses A silence score of less than 50 percent should be reported

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Including unwillingness to continue cooperation, filing for divorce failure to attend 1 counseling session failure to receive individual counseling services while participating in treatment sessions.

MeasureTime frame
Marital satisfaction was measured using the Olson, Fournier, and Drantman questionnaire in 1987. The cutoff point in this test is between 41 and 60. People who are between these scores have average and desirable marital satisfaction, and those below 41 have low marital satisfaction, and those above 60 have high marital satisfaction. Marital silence is Rezaei et al. (2019) and the silence score is less than 50 percent. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Marital Silence and Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire.
