Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years Confirmed diagnosis of grade 1 to 3 varicose veins of the lower extremities, verified by color Doppler ultrasound Written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of underlying systemic diseases such as heart failure, liver, or kidney disease Presence of other significant vascular disorders, such as uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, recent phlebitis, or deep vein thrombosis Presence of primary or secondary lymphedema

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Symptom score. Timepoint: The primary outcome will be measured at baseline (before the intervention), and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: five-point categorical scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain Severity. Timepoint: The primary outcome will be measured at baseline (before the intervention), and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
