Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primiparous women 18-35 years old Gestational age between 32 to 34 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of psychiatric disorders Medical contraindications for vaginal delivery High-risk pregnancy History of epilepsy or neurological disorders
