Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent, interest and willingness of individuals and their parents to participate in the research Ability to read, write and complete an informed consent form Age range 15 to 18 years The participant's appearance of signs of aggressive behavior and subsequent achievement of a score higher than the average on this scale

Exclusion criteria: Having a drug addiction

Aggression. Timepoint: Before the intervention (baseline) and immediately after the intervention, then three months after the intervention (follow-up period). Method of measurement: Aggression Questionnaire.

Academic performance. Timepoint: Before the intervention (grades from the previous semester) Immediately after the intervention (grades from the current semester) Three months after the intervention (grades from the next semester).
