Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participant must be a pregnant woman. The participant must have complaints related to mental health. The participant must voluntarily agree to participate in the study. The participant must be able to attend psychotherapy sessions. The participant must have signed the informed consent form. Age group 18 to 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug or alcohol abuse Having acute or unstable physical illnesses Concomitant use of psychotherapy or other psychiatric medications

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Pregnancy Anxiety Questionnaire (PRAQ).

Resilience. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Freiburg Resilience Questionnaire.;Psychological well-being.
