Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20 to 35 years. Individuals seeking cosmetic surgery (rhinoplasty) who have not yet undergone the procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The presence of chronic diseases or medical conditions would make cosmetic surgery or participation in group therapy risky. Diagnosis of severe psychiatric disorders Use of corticosteroids Use of psychotropic medications
