Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Local tenderness at the site where the plantar fascia attaches to the heel bone, plantar fascia thickness greater than 4 millimeters on ultrasound, symptoms persistent for at least two months despite conservative treatment, unilateral plantar fasciitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bilateral plantar fasciitis, local infection, coagulation disorders, recent trauma, incomplete follow-up data
