Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having an age range of 25 to 50 years Obtaining a score above average on the Emotional Divorce Questionnaire Willingness to participate in a research project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having physical problems that interfere with the research process Having other mental disorders such as psychosis; paranoid disorders; suicidal thoughts. Receiving any other counseling treatment to resolve problems between couples

Marital intimacy. Timepoint: Group counseling before the start of the intervention and 7 days after receiving the intervention. Method of measurement: Thompson and Walker Marital Intimacy Questionnaire (MIS).;Life orientation. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 7 days after receiving the intervention, group counseling. Method of measurement: Life Orientation Questionnaire (Scheyer & Carver, 1985).
