Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perceived stress score of 28 and above Single pregnancy Gestational age 15-22 weeks Mother's age: 18-35 Ability to attend all training sessions Ability to read and write in Persian Iranian ethnicity of the mother Mother's normal body mass index Full alertness and acceptable listening and speaking ability to receive instruction and answer questions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fetal anomaly experiencing grief or crisis during the study history of any meditation and mindfulness history of depression and current use of psychiatric medications history of tobacco use, alcohol

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy anxiety. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Vandenberg Pregnancy Anxiety Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Salivary levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and immediately after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha ELISA Kit (Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha ELISA Kit manufactured by Karmania Pars Gene Company), the amount of tumor necrosis factor alpha will be measured using the indirect ELISA method.
