Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who have frozen embryos and are candidates for frozen embryo transfer Age less than 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women over 40 FSH greater than or equal to 20 Women who have an endometrial thickness of less than 7 before embryo transfer Women with uterine abnormalities Women with intramural myomas larger than 4 cm and subserosal fibroids Chromosomal abnormalities in men and women - poor embryo quality

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy rate after frozen embryo transfer. Timepoint: Serum beta-hCG will be measured 14 days after embryo transfer. In cases with appropriate rise in beta-hCG, transvaginal ultrasound will be performed approximately 2 weeks later to assess clinical pregnancy. Method of measurement: Clinical pregnancy will be assessed by transvaginal ultrasound and defined as the presence of an intrauterine gestational sac after a positive serum beta-hCG test.
