50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with advanced osteoarthritis or severe knee joint destruction who require knee replacement surgery in 2025. Aged between 50 and 75 years. Have no history of previous surgery on the knee in question. Informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe underlying diseases such as active cancer. Coagulation disorders. Active infection. Sensitivity to radiation.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Component alignment. Timepoint: Before surgery and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Radiology photo.

Pain. Timepoint: Before surgery and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Osteoarthritis-related symptoms and physical disability, providing a composite assessment of treatment effect. Timepoint: Before surgery and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index.;Range of Motion.
