Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Married people (spouse must be alive) - Patients referred to Jamaran Heart Hospital who are candidates for ICD implantation - Age between 18 and 65 years old - Absence of acute diseases (sexual, sexually transmitted, etc., according to self-declaration)

MeasureTime frame
Sexual anxiety score on the Davis questionnaire. Timepoint: Time of defibrillator implantation and one month after implantation. Method of measurement: Davis Sexual Anxiety Questionnaire.
