Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 and 40 years Not using psychotropic medications No diagnosed psychological disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two research sessions unwillingness to continue cooperation in the research failure to complete questionnaires or questionnaires being distorted

MeasureTime frame
The quality of couples' relationships and marital satisfaction. Timepoint: People in the experimental group participated in training courses for about a month. The experimental group was given communication patterns for couples with an Islamic approach in 8 90-minute sessions, two sessions per week. Method of measurement: The method of measuring the desired variable is the use of standardized questionnaires, the questionnaire on the quality of couples' relationships and marital satisfaction.
