Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 45 to 57 years Have not had menstrual bleeding in the past 12 months Have experienced hot flashes more than twice a day in the past 4 months Serum FSH level over 40 mIU/mL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who use multivitamins or blood thinners such as warfarin or other antidepressant medications, or who have undergone chemotherapy Women with depression, psychosis, thyroid disorders, hemophilia, autoimmune disorders, diabetes, hypertension, or rheumatic heart disease Patients who have received androgens, progestogens, or estrogens

MeasureTime frame
The frequency of hot flashes. Timepoint: Before and after receiving any of the two treatments for 6 weeks. Method of measurement: Filling out the items 19 of the Green Climacteric Scale questionnaire.;The frequency of night sweats.
