Inclusion criteria: Diagnosing emotional divorce Willingness to participate Sufficient literacy to complete questionnaires Age 25 to 55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receiving couples therapy simultaneously Presence of severe psychiatric disorders or active substance abuse

???????? ??????. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Emotional Expressiveness Questionnaire: The Emotional Expressiveness Questionnaire has 12 items and three subscales.

Self-care. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Self-Care Questionnaire: The self-care questionnaire has 40 questions to assess self-care ability, which is designed based on Orem's self-care factor, including self-care activity and self-care ability.;Emotional well-being. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Emotional Well-Being Questionnaire: Keyes and Magyarmo's (2003) Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire consists of 45 questions and three components to measure emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
