Intervention 1: The tooth receives transpapillary anesthesia as follows: first, a buccal infiltration injection of 1 ml is administered using a standard 1.8 ml cartridge of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children requiring bilateral treatment of maxillary primary molars and local anesthesia of the palate 7 to 11 years old Systemically healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parental refusal to participate in the study Allergy to local anesthesia Bleeding disorders Teeth with periapical pathology
