Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children requiring bilateral treatment of maxillary primary molars and local anesthesia of the palate 7 to 11 years old Systemically healthy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parental refusal to participate in the study Allergy to local anesthesia Bleeding disorders Teeth with periapical pathology
