Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a child undergoing angioplasty for the first time Mothers must be literate (able to read and write) Mothers must be capable of using a smartphone and messaging applications such as WhatsApp, Eitaa, or Rubika The age range of the mothers' children must be from infancy to 10 years old The mothers' adherence to treatment score, based on the Fatemi and Modanloo questionnaire, must be less than 50 at the start of the study Providing informed consent for participation The mother must not have any severe acute or chronic incurable diseases No more than 5 months have passed since the time of the angioplasty The patient’s family must reside in Shiraz or its surrounding areas The family must not have a child with other chronic diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having other chronic diseases concurrent with congenital heart defects
