Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients over 18 years with spasticity (grades I, II, III per Modified Ashworth Scale). no physical therapy/rehabilitation botulinum toxin injections in the past 6 months

Maximum Isometric Torque (PT). Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Maximum isometric torque were collected before and after the intervention using Biodex dynamometer.;Gait Parameters (peak angular velocity of the knee joint, mean angular velocity, range of motion, stride length). Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Gait parameters,were collected before and after the intervention using motion analysis device.;Walking Velocity (10-meter walk test). Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: To calculate the movement speed of a person in the ten-meter test, the time taken to move along the ten-meter path is measured with a stopwatch, and with the known distance and time, the speed is calculated.
