45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No history of any surgery Not having any cardiovascular disease Not having any chronic systemic diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism Not having any hormonal or immune system abnormalities Not having mental or psychological illnesses No smoking or alcohol consumption Not having any physical defects or problems, such as problems with the nervous, muscular, skeletal, or brain systems, that prevent you from performing sports activities No history of severe hypertension (more than 160 mm/hg over 90 mm/hg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Increased blood pressure at rest (greater than 30 mm/hg) caused by exercise stress Nausea and dizziness following exercise Having recurring and chronic pain in different areas of the body that prevents you from exercising Occurrence of cardiac and respiratory problems during the protocol implementation period Excessive fatigue and shortness of breath, before and during exercise, which causes bruising or discoloration of the patient
