Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving 150–200 cc of contrast agent during coronary angiography and angioplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: GFR must not below 45ml/min//1.73m2

Measure	Time frame
Changes in serum creatinine levels. Timepoint: Serum creatinine measurements before angiography and two and seven days after starting the drug. Method of measurement: Creatinine measurements of venous blood samples using Hitachi device.	—
