Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women aged 51 to 65 Literacy (ability to read and write)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Received psychological services in the past three months Received mindfulness training history Stressful events such as divorce and death of a loved one in the past three months Addiction Use of psychiatric medications

Health adjustment score. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: The Health Adjustment Subscale Questionnaire in Bell's Adjustment Inventory (1961).;Attitudes towards menopause score. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: The Newgarten et al. (1963) Menopause Attitude Questionnaire.
