Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experiencing betrayal by your spouse Self and spouse's awareness of infidelity Having at least a cycle education Commitment to attend all intervention sessions and not receive psychological counseling and advisory services while participating in couples therapy sessions.

Exclusion criteria: History of divorce or not reaching the divorce stage in the current relationship History of specific mental illness or history of hospitalization in psychiatric hospitals History of alcohol and drug abuse

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Family cohesion. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Organized Family Cohesion Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Marital commitment. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: The Adams and Jones Marital Commitment (DC) questionnaire was designed by Adams and Jones (1997) with the aim of measuring couples' commitment to their spouse and marriage and was standardized in Iran by Abbasi Molid in 2009.;Intimacy between couples. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: The Thompson and Walker Marital Intimacy Scale (MIS) is a 17-question instrument.
