Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes Ages 35 to 60 years Ability to communicate verbally and in writing Familiarity with the Persian language and the ability to read and write Absence of hearing and visual disorders Obtaining a satisfactory score (greater than 23) on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) Achieving a satisfactory score (under 20) on the Beck Depression Inventory, second edition (BDI-II) Achieving a satisfactory score of 24 on the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) used for psychiatric evaluation of psychosis No history of neurological diseases (stroke, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are unable to provide complete information Individuals currently enrolled in a similar study Individuals unable to attend sessions or follow-ups due to physical limitations or distance Presence of severe unstable physical conditions (e.g., advanced heart or kidney failure)
