Health-related quality of life score in the Weir Sherborne. Timepoint: Measuring health-related quality of life before and 30 days after the start of the stress management training intervention. Method of measurement: Weir and Sherbon Health-Related Quality of Life Questionnaire.;Rumination score in the Hoeksma and Maro questionnaire. Timepoint: Measurement of rumination before the intervention and 30 days after the start of the stress management training intervention. Method of measurement: Hoeksma and Maru Rumination Questionnaire.
