Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All parents who are willing to learn social and communication skills in order to improve their children's social adjustment and self-confidence. All parents who have children with low self-confidence All parents who have children with limited and poor social adjustment All parents who have limited social interactions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: rents with children under 7 years old Parents, or one of them, with a history of drug addiction Parents who have a child with mental disabilities

| Children’s self-confidence level after parental training Self-confidence refers to the child’s perception of their own abilities, value, and personal competence. This variable is measured using the Eysenck Self-Esteem Questionnaire (1976). Pre-test and post-test scores will be compared between groups to evaluate the effectiveness of the parental training intervention. Timepoint: Before the intervention (pre-test) and after the intervention (post-tast). Method of measurement: Numerical score based on Eysenck questionnaire.;Children’s social adjustment level. Social adjustment refers to a child’s ability to establish effective relationships, resolve conflicts, accept rules, and perform social roles. It will be measured using the Sinha and Singh Social Adjustment Inventory (1993). Pre- andpost-intervention scores will be compared. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. | Comparison of self-confidence score changes between the two experimental groups (parental training in social vs. communication skills)this outcome compares the relative effect of two types of parental training interventions (social skills vs. communication skills) on children’s self-confidence levels. The Eysenck Self-Esteem Questionnaire (1976) is used as the measurement tool. Pre-test and post-test scores of each group will be extracted and compared. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Eysenck Self-Esteem Questionnaire (1976) consisting of 30 yes/no items is used to assess the children’s self-confidence. It is completed by parents before and after the intervention. The total score is recorded and compared between the two experimental groups.;Comparison of social adjustment score changes between the two experimental groups (parental training in social vs. communication skills) This outcome evaluates and compares the effect of social vs. communication skills training for parents on the social adjustment of their children. The Sinha and Singh Social Adjustment Inventory (1993) is used. Pre-test and post-test scores in each group will be collected and analyzed. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Sinha and Singh’s Social Adjustment Inventory (1993), a 60-item tool measuring emotional, educational, and social dimensions of adjustment, is used.
