| Reaction time. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and immediately after the intervention, 24, 48 and 72 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Evaluate participants' reaction times, movements will be recorded using a Redmi Note 11 Pro smartphone and the On Form application at 720p and 240 Hz frame rate. The camera will be mounted on a tripod at a distance of 3.05 meters from the participants so that individuals of varying heights are fully within the camera frame. A visual stimulus light will be placed in the camera frame to indicate the exact start of movement. After instructing participants to “get ready,” the light will illuminate randomly between 2 and 10 seconds to measure their reaction time. The test includes three types of movements: standing, balancing on one leg, and a cutting (movement toward a target). These movements will be performed in two conditions (single-task and multi-task), with three trials in each condition, for a total of 18 trials. In the multi-task condition, participants will be asked to begin counting backward from either 6 or 7 to increase cognitive load. For the standing test, participants must stand with feet together and hands on hips. For the one-leg balance test, participants stand on their non-dominant leg with hands on hips. For the cutting test, they must quickly move from the initial position toward targets located 3.05 meters away.In the standing and one-leg balance tests, reaction time is calculated from the first frame of hand movement (e.g., lifting the hands from the hips). In the cutting tests, reaction time is calculated from the first frame of any body movement (e.g., foot rotation or a change in body position). All these times are recorded by On Form’s precise timing feature and converted to seconds to improve the accuracy of reaction measurements.;Proprioception.
