Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teenagers Living in Ahvaz city The subject is not being treated with psychiatric medications. Subjects without any disorders such as visual impairment or hearing impairment. Be free of psychological problems affecting cognitive functions as diagnosed by a school psychologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject's participation in other educational or therapeutic interventions concurrently Having chronic physical disorders and not being able to follow up with the subject during the pre-test-post-test stages

Mental health. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Questionnaires and scales: Standard questionnaires such as GHQ-28 (General Health Questionnaire), DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale), or specific mental health scales.

Method of measurement: Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI): A 21-question self-report instrument that measures anxiety severity.;Depression. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory (BDI): A 21-item self-report questionnaire that measures the severity of depression.;Stress.
