Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 41-55 years Complaints of prolonged menstural bleeding with heavy bleeding during mensturation Consent to participate in the study Regular menstural bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Candidate for surgery due to structural or pathological cause of the uterus and cervix based on examination or ultrasound and other paraclinical methods Being pregnant Use of hormonal methods of contraception Having coagulation disorders and contraindication for tranexamic Severe liver disease and endocrine disease such as hyperthyroidism .diabetes .high blood pressure .kidney disease Complaints of spotting and bleeding in middle of cycle Having an intrauterine device Closing the fallopian tubes Breastfeeding Menopause

MeasureTime frame
Percentage of people whose menstrual bleeding chart score is greater than 100. Timepoint: Measurement of the amount and duration of menstrual bleeding in the cycle before the intervention and the first and second cycles after the intervention. Method of measurement: To determine the amount and duration of menstrual bleeding, a visual chart was used to assess the amount of bleeding. This chart is a table that shows the number of days of menstruation in the horizontal row and the three degrees of mild, moderate, and severe blood-soaked strip and clot removal in the vertical row. For mild degrees of staining, a coefficient of 1 is assigned, for moderate degrees, a coefficient of 5 is assigned, for complete blood-soaked strip a coefficient of 20, for each small clot removal, a score of 1 is assigned, and for each large clot, a score of 5 is assigned. After each sanitary pad change, individuals mark a mark in the row corresponding to the same day of menstruation in the table according to the degree of complete blood-soaked strip. At the end of menstruation, each mark is multiplied by the corresponding coefficient and the resulting numbers are added together to calculate the total score. A total score of 100 or more is equivalent to bleeding of more than 80 ml. The same type of sanitary pads will be used for all participants to measure the amount of bleeding.
