Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being a student at Islamic Azad University, Ahvaz Branch Having a diagnosed anxiety disorder by a psychologist or psychiatrist Age between 18 and 30 years Providing informed consent to participate in the study Not receiving other psychological interventions during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a severe psychiatric disorder (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder) diagnosed by a psychiatrist Using psychoactive substances (such as narcotics or stimulants) in the past six months Using psychoactive substances (such as narcotics or stimulants) in the past six months Participation in mindfulness training programs within the past 6 months Inability to attend sessions regularly (more than two absences)
