Interventions

Intervention 1: Carboxytherapy with intradermal/subcutaneous injection of sterile pure CO2, every 2 weeks for 5 sessions, using 30G needle, 15-degree angle, 5 cm apart, 4 cc per shot. Intervention 2:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >25 years female sex breast ptosis of any grade symmetric breasts no personal history of breast cancer normal breast sonography

MeasureTime frame
Breast ptosis grade (Kirwan classification). Timepoint: Before each session and 2 weeks after the last session. Method of measurement: Clinical assessment using Kirwan classification criteria.;Nipple-to-inframammary fold distance. Timepoint: Before each session and 2 weeks after the last session. Method of measurement: Ruler.;The difference between the nipple distance in the intervention and control side Patient. Timepoint: before the intervention and every session and finally two weeks after the last session. Method of measurement: Measured in centimeters with a ruler; horizontal lines drawn from nipple center and inframammary fold to the trunk side.
