Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The elderly person must be between 65 and 85 years old. The elderly person does not have hearing or vision impairments (based on the comments of the participant and his/her caregivers). The elderly person scores more than 7 on the Abbreviated mental test score. The caregiver must be between 18 and 55 years old. The caregiver should have reading and writing skills. The caregiver must be a family member and not receive any payment in exchange for caring for the elderly. The caregiver should not have experienced severe stress such as the death of a loved one in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The elderly person should not have a history of severe anxiety attacks that have led to their hospitalization in a psychiatric emergency room. The elderly person must not have a history of hospitalization in psychiatric hospitals. The elderly person should not have a severe addiction to drugs. The caregiver does not have an active, untreated psychiatric disorder. The caregiver must not have a history of hospitalization in psychiatric hospitals. The caregiver should not have a severe addiction to drugs. The caregiver must not have a history of violence or abuse towards the elderly.
