Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The recurrence rate of calcium oxalate stones. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 6 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: To assess outcomes, 24-hour urine analysis will be performed using an automated biochemical analyzer (Hitachi 902, Roche Diagnostics), which allows precise measurement of citrate, oxalate, electrolytes, and other biochemical parameters. Additionally, renal and urinary tract ultrasonography will be conducted using a Mindray DC-70 ultrasound machine by an experienced radiologist.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood Magnesium. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 6 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Serum magnesium levels will be measured using an automated biochemical analyzer (Hitachi 902, Roche Diagnostics) based on the colorimetric spectrophotometric method.
