Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Literacy (reading and writing skills) Low-risk pregnancy (without pregnancy complications such as high blood pressure, uncontrolled gestational diabetes, cardiovascular issues, chronic respiratory diseases, anxiety and depression disorders, abnormal bleeding, and placental problems) Pregnancy between 20 to 37 weeks Having a smartphone Access to social media

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in regular exercise programs or similar interventions prior to the study. Medical contraindication to physical activity as determined by a trusted physician due to health reasons

MeasureTime frame
Physical activity of pregnant women. Timepoint: Prior to the intervention and at the end of the fourth week following the completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Pregnancy Physical Activity Questionnaire.
