Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bilateral acral vitiligo for at least 1 year and stable for at least 6 months Not using medication or other topical or systemic treatments for vitiligo for at least 6 months • Age 18 or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue the study • Cause inflammatory and allergic reactions

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The added effect of using SVF in vitiligo patients. Timepoint: After the SVF injection, the patient will be visited once a month for 3 months and will undergo phototherapy treatment 3 times a week during this period. Method of measurement: Photographing the lesions and examining them by 2 blind dermatologists, as well as the patient's satisfaction with the treatment.

MeasureTime frame
Color changes in vitiligo lesions after SVF injection. Timepoint: Patients receive follow-up once a month for 3 months and receive phototherapy treatment 3 times a week. Method of measurement: Patients' opinions and satisfaction levels, as well as the clinical opinion of two blind dermatologists.
