| Fasting blood sugar. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the last 8-week training session. Method of measurement: In both stages, after 12 hours of fasting, a blood sample will be taken from each subject in test tubes containing 10 mg EDTA. The samples will be centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes, the sera will be separated and stored at -80°C until the assay is completed. The enzymatic colorimetric process of FBS in serum will be estimated using an assay kit (Pars Azmoun kit) and the data will be measured with an autoanalyzer (Abbott, model Alcyon 300).;Insulin. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the last 8-week training session. Method of measurement: In both stages, after a 12-hour fast, a blood sample will be taken from each subject in test tubes containing 10 mg EDTA. The samples will be centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes, the sera will be separated and stored at -80°C until the assay is completed. Insulin levels will be determined using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with a test kit (Insulin Kit, Monobind).;Insulin resistance. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the last 8-week training session. Method of measurement: Based on the formula for calculating insulin resistance.;Beta cell function index. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the last 8-week training session. Method of measurement: Based on the formula for calculating the beta cell function index.;Insulin sensitivity index. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the last 8-week training session. Method of measurement: Based on the formula for calculating insulin sensitivity.;Triglyceride. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the last 8-week training session.
