Age
40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The gender should be male. The age should be between 40 and 60 years old (middle-aged). HbA1c should be between 6.5% and 8.5%. BMI should be between 25 and 30. FBS should be between 126 and 180 mg/dL. They should be able to perform the exercise protocol of the study. Participants should have a low level of physical activity, engaging in less than 120 minutes per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: They consume alcohol. They smoke cigarettes. They are taking medications that affect the factors measured in the study. They have any allergy or sensitivity to quercetin. They are taking blood-thinning medications. They have diabetic complications such as neuropathy, nephropathy, or retinopathy. They are taking anti-inflammatory supplements.
