Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 to 30 years diagnosed with rounded shoulder posture Forward shoulder angle greater than 46 degrees Normal body mass index Full Range of Motion (ROM) of the Shoulder
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cervical fracture History of shoulder pathology Orthopedic, neurological, rheumatological, or systemic problems that can affect shoulder biomechanics (diagnosis by a specialist) Previous surgery on the upper limb Carpal tunnel syndrome History of physiotherapy treatment within the last 6 months Any impairment in general health that hinders the ability to perform exercises

| Shoulder muscle strength. Timepoint: The primary outcomes are measured at two time points: before the intervention (pre-test) and after the six-week intervention period (post-test). Method of measurement: Shoulder muscle strength is measured using the Biodex isokinetic dynamometer at a specific range of motion and predetermined angular velocity.;Upper limb proprioception. Timepoint: The primary outcomes are measured at two time points: before the intervention (pre-test) and after the six-week intervention period (post-test). Method of measurement: Shoulder proprioception is assessed by joint position sense testing using the Biodex isokinetic dynamometer under eyes-closed conditions.;Upper body performance score measured by the Upper Quarter Y-Balance Test. Timepoint: The primary outcomes are measured at two time points: before the intervention (pre-test) and after the six-week intervention period (post-test). Method of measurement: The Upper Quarter Y-Balance Test is used to assess upper body performance.;The kyphosis angle of the shoulder region (rounded shoulder posture). Timepoint: The primary outcomes are measured at two time points: before the intervention (pre-test) and after the six-week intervention period (post-test). Method of measurement: "Rounded shoulder posture was measured using lateral digital photography of the shoulder region. The kyphosis angle was then determined from the recorded images using specialized posture analysis software. This angle was considered as an indicator of the degree of rounding and curvature of the upper trunk.;Electromyographic activity of the serratus anterior muscle. Timepoint: The primary outcomes are measured at two time points: before the intervention (pre-test) and after the six-week intervention period (post-test).
