18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male gender; age between 18 and 40 yearsr 8-12 months post-primary ACLR clearance from their orthopedic surgeon to participate in dynamic exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bilateral knee injury other injuries in lower extrimity history of other surgery in lower extrimity concomitant posterior cruciate or collateral ligament injury
