Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Membership in the Iranian national para-taekwondo team No previous severe injury within the past 6 months No history of lower limb surgery within the past year Voluntary consent of the subjects to participate in the study Presence of both sexes (male and female)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Practicing Taekwondo professionally for less than 3 years
