Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to clinical and ultrasound evaluations, the fetus should be healthy. After the birth of the infant, the child's health must be confirmed by a pediatric specialist . According to the mother, events that cause stress such as divorce, loss of loved ones, and other similar occurrences have not happened to her in the past 6 months. The mother should be literate and of Iranian nationality. . The mother should have access to social media. The mother should not have health issues related to pregnancy and childbirth or other health problems that would hinder her ability to carry out interventions The mother should not have a history of diagnosed psychiatric illnesses that led to hospitalization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The mother is not the primary caretaker of the infant. The infant is not premature. There should be no multiple births.
