Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The effectiveness of cognitivebehavioral therapy on selfregulation resilience and adaptive behavior with the mediating role of existential anxiety in clinical psychology students at Zahedan Azad University
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Major non- entry conditions into the study before randomization include inclusion criteria (individuals aged 25 to 50 years, having behavioral disorders, informed consent) and exclusion criteria simultaneous participation in other therapeutic programs, absence for more than two sessions)

| The main outcome variables of the study included self-regulation, resilience, adaptive behavior, and existential anxiety. These variables were measured before and after the cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention. Timepoint: Measurement of variables was performed at two time points:1- Pre-test: before the intervention began2- Post-test: after the completion of the cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention.
