Inclusion criteria: Age range of women with migraines: 20 to 50 years History of headaches for at least the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concurrent participation in other psychological treatments Having illnesses such as substance abuse and psychotic disorder Unwillingness to participate in research
