18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female gender Having at least one moderate or severe case of premenstrual syndrome symptoms Age range between 18 and 30 years Normal weight range (BMI between 18.5 and 19.4)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: disease Drug and alcohol use Drug and cigarette use in the last six months
