Inclusion criteria: Infertility Not deaf Not have a known mental illness at present. Be literate in reading and writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Early fertility without drug intervention

Perceived stress. Timepoint: Pre-test before the start of the intervention sessions and post-test one week after the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: Cohen et al.'s (1983) 10-question Perceived Stress Standard Questionnaire.
