Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People Diagnosed with a Herniated Lumbar Disc People with Back Pain Age Range Between 30 Years to 50 Years Absence of other Musculoskeletal Diseases People with Lumbar Disc Herniation Who Have not Undergone Surgical Treatment People with Lumbar Disc Herniation Who Have been Diagnosed for at Least One Year The Diagnostic Criteria for Individuals Should be Based on MRI Findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with Neurological and Mental Illnesses History of Fractures, Rheumatism, Limb Length Discrepancy, Lower Limb Injuries, Lower Limb Surgery, Non-Specific Back Pain People who Experience Sensory-Neurological Symptoms While Studying People who Do not Cooperate During the Study Trauma and Spondylodiscit patients
