Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 50 to 90 ASA I &II BMI lower than 35

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease) Addiction Allergy to DEX

MeasureTime frame
Sleep quality score based on the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS). Timepoint: Sleep quality score at 24 and 48 hours postoperatively. Method of measurement: The Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS).;Delirium score assessed using the Confusion Assessment Method (CAM). Timepoint: Delirium score at 24 and 48 hours postoperatively. Method of measurement: The Confusion Assessment Method (CAM).;Incidence of complications including bradycardia and hypotension, according to clinical findings. Timepoint: Assessment of bradycardia and hypotension at 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Automated vital signs monitor.
