Inclusion criteria: Men over 50 ASA I &II No alcohol consumption and substance abuse
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of Adrenal diseases Uncontrolled systemic diseases Use of psychotropic medications or a history of psychiatric disorders
