Inclusion criteria: Men over 50 ASA I &II No alcohol consumption and substance abuse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of Adrenal diseases Uncontrolled systemic diseases Use of psychotropic medications or a history of psychiatric disorders

MeasureTime frame
Sleep quality score based on the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS). Timepoint: Sleep quality score at 24 and 48 hours postoperatively. Method of measurement: The Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS).;Delirium score assessed using the Confusion Assessment Method (CAM). Timepoint: Delirium score at 24 and 48 hours postoperatively. Method of measurement: The Confusion Assessment Method (CAM).;Incidence of complications including elevated blood pressure and heart rate (based on clinical findings). Timepoint: Assessment of hypertension and elevated heart rate at 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Automated vital signs monitor.;Hyperglycemia defined as random blood glucose levels exceeding 200 mg/dL.
