Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volleyball players who have at least 3 years of experience practicing or playing officially 4 sessions per week. First, confirmation of shoulder pain by a doctor, followed by clinical tests taken by the researcher. The age range of participants is between 15 and 32 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have no history of shoulder surgery. Have no history of shoulder dislocation.

Examination of the electrical activity of the Upper trapezius muscle in volleyball players whose shoulder pain will be confirmed by the specified methods. Timepoint: Electrical activity measurements of the Upper Trapezius muscle will be performed at the beginning of the study (before the intervention begins) and the final measurement will be performed after the intervention ends. Method of measurement: Variable measurement will be performed using Electromyography and Motion.;Investigation of the electrical activity of the Serratus Anterior muscle in Volleyball players whose Shoulder pain will be confirmed by the specified methods. Timepoint: Measurement of the electrical activity of the Serratus Anterior muscle will be performed at the beginning of the study (before the intervention begins) and the final measurement will be performed after the intervention ends. Method of measurement: Variable measurement will be performed using Electromyography and Motion.;Investigating the extent of the intended interventions on the level of pain and disability of the people participating in the research. Timepoint: It is implemented in two stages. The first stage coincides with the start of the initial test and the second stage after the completion of the six weeks of the desired intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index Questionnaire.
