Inclusion criteria: Age between 2 and 15 Ferritin between 30 and 150

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with mental health problem Children with severe fever Children with history of using another drug other than mythilphynidat Children with history of using Iron supplemental during past three months
