Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Score 0.89 (Stahali Index) No ankle problems or misalignments. Age range 18–25 years. Having at least three years of regular basketball participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower extremity injury in the past 12 months
